2. What the website is for

The website presents CloverHeap and our services: custom software development, online stores, IT consulting, SEO, digital marketing and AI agents. You cannot buy services or create an account on the website.

The information on the website is general and is not an offer. Services, prices and timelines are agreed only in a written proposal or contract concluded separately with each client, which prevails over anything on the website.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• try to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to it or test its security without our written permission;
• send automated, misleading or abusive messages through the contact form, or messages that contain malware;
• copy large parts of the website by automated means, or use it in a way that harms CloverHeap or other people.
